Rental Requirements

1. Fill out the Pre-Screen Application
2. If conditional approval is met, you will be contacted to schedule a viewing.
3. Fill out an application. A $65 non-refundable application/credit/background check fee per adult - a money order or cashier's check must be brought to the office.
4. Once screening is complete and approved, submit a  copy of driver's license and/or state I.D., and social security card.
5. Two of your most recent check stubs (original). If you are self-employed, a copy of your tax returns for the last two years or 1099s must be submitted.
6. We will do a Verification of Employment and a Rental Verification 
7. The apartment is secured with a $300.00 non-refundable rent hold; we only accept cashier's checks or money orders. Please make the check payable to "New Venture Realty".  Rent holds are due within 3 days after you have been accepted for the apartment. 
8. A non-refundable move-in fee of $400.00 and the balance of the rent is due when you pick up apartment keys from the office. (money order or cashier's check)

PET POLICY:

New Venture Realty accepts cats only. NO DOGS or OTHER ANIMALS ALLOWED

$800 - $850           $2,800 - $3,000

$850 - $900           $3,000 - $3,200

Late Fees

If your rent is paid after the 5th of the month, please add the following amount to your rent.

- $700 - $799                             add $20

- More than $800                        add $25
