General
The only name that will appear on your mailbox is the name on the lease. If you put any other name on the mailbox, it will be taken down immediately.
We do not allow any kind of drugs to be used in or around the building. If we suspect you to be using drugs in your apartment, we will ask you to leave.
Please respect your neighbors. Do not have loud parties, loud music, or loud noise, especially after 10:00pm.
Rent
Everyone has financial obligations, and we are no exception. The services we provide to you are very expensive and the rent you pay goes toward meeting these financial obligations. We try very hard to provide each customer a nice place to live that is warm in the winter and free from rodents, crime, and trash. While we try to understand your economic circumstances, we must insist that your rent be paid with the first five days of the month.
A late fee is due if your rent is not in the rent box or our office mail slot by 7:00 am on the 6th of the month. We do not accept rent via mail.
A five-day notice will be issued if your rent is not in by the 6th of the month. If your rent is not paid in full, including the late fee, by the 10th of the month, the five-day notice will be sent to our eviction lawyer.
Smoke Detectors
If your smoke detector is beeping, change the battery. If it is still beeping, please call the office: 773-994-8884 Check your smoke detector bi-annually on Daylight Savings Days.
Monthly Extermination
Exterminators come on the first or second Saturday of the month. If you want the exterminator to enter your apartment, place the blue door hanger on your door. You must be home for us to enter.
First Saturday Schedule: Indiana, Langley, King Dr.
Second Saturday Schedule: 70th St, Crandon

Lock Outs/Lost Keys:
If you lock yourself out between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Monday — Friday, you will be charged a $75 lock-out fee to let you into your apartment. Call the Emergency Number at 773-447-1222. The $75 must be paid in cash before you are let into your apartment. If it is Saturday or Sunday, you will need to call a locksmith, it is your responsibility to give us a new keys for your lock(s).
If you lose your keys, the key replacement cost is $5.00 per key plus $75.00 for any Medeco keys plus the $75.00 service charge.
You must pay in advance before we replace your keys.
If we do not have an extra set of keys to your apartment, you will need to call a locksmith.
Parking and Storage Info
Parking is available for a fee. Without a sticker, your car will be towed.

Air Conditioners
Air Conditioners should be removed from the windows by November 1st.
Deliveries
Please move all furniture and appliances out of the back stairs of your apartment. This also goes for deliveries. Any damage to the hallways or doors will be deducted from your security deposit.
